Meaning = Understanding

I am always deeply touched and honoured by my clients’ strenght and sensitivity, to share and disclose their PERSONAL STORIES; however, what I have come to realise is that, most of the times, they all have something in common; they have the same need to come to an UNDERSTANDING, the need to create a MEANING, regardless of their background, culture, or unique experiences. All incidents, events, situations, relationships remain equally important and valuable to everyone. Assigning MEANING is a very powerful experience, which eventually can facilitate the clients to open up when faced with “obstacles” – difficulties moving along in psychotherapy, reaching the point of JOY and even GRATITUDE at times.
