Package #1: Intensive Therapy
Ideal for someone who is in crisis and needs intense, immediate attention. Two sessions per week, each session lasts ninety minutes (in person or via Skype)
Package #2: Working Through
A chance to make solid gains and achieve your therapy goals. One fifty-minute session each week (in person or via Skype)
Package #3: Moderate Support
Supportive therapy to help you maintain good functioning and reinforce your gains. One fifty minute session, every other week (in person or via Skype)
Package #4: Free email support for existing clients
Ideal for someone who has been able to undergo a number of individual or couple therapy sessions, has managed to achieve progress and is in need of quick, check-in questions and updates by email.
