Eva Lychrou There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t get to hear people all around me feel regrets for something they have done…

After all life is hectic, the demands are great and everyone seems to be heading towards some…. direction.

But in a world where different sources of inspiration are easily accessible, I always aim to remind myself that there must be something MORE to life!

One of the ways that I have managed lately to put things into perspective is the following:

I have started reading a book called “The Top Five Regrets of the Dying”. This book has been written by a nurse called Bronnie Ware who spent several years working in palliative care, and she came up with the idea to put together the most common regrets people have at the end of their lives.
But now I know what you might be thinking already… “Thanks Eva, but why do I care?”

Because it touches upon something personal that everyone can relate to.

So today I would like to take this opportunity and share with you 3 points that you can bear in mind anytime you are about to make a BIG decision and not worry about having any regrets afterwards. Watch the video now to find out what I’m talking about…

Today’s tweet – It’s better to cross the line and assume responsibility than to just stare at the line for another 10 years@EvaLychrou

One of the things that I adore about you, and about the process of making these videos, is the fact that you care.

I can see it every time you email me, or every time you share your comments in person.

So once again, I would like to hear your perspective.

Have you ever found yourself in the position of making an important decision? What did you do? What techniques did you use?

Remember we all share the same challenges. As long as we share and learn from each other, the better the quality of our lives is going to be.

With love,
