Many years ago, I found myself being surrounded by extraordinary people, who all shared the same difficulty; that is the issue of procrastination. My task, as the facilitator of this course, was to make them understand why that happened and enabled them to find ways of dealing with it more effectively!
I remember very vividly thinking that these people were convinced that procrastination was a bad habit; that something was wrong with them…
Because of them, I was able to witness once again how we can fall victim to destructive thoughts and behaviours that can potentially harm ourselves and others. However, what if procrastination isn’t that bad after all? What if our decision to choose procrastination as an option has something greater to say?
If you can relate to any of this, you’re going to love today’s episode.
My aim is to share with you three simple but often forgotten points that will enable to see procrastination and ultimately deal with it in a very different way.
In the comments below, let me know which of these three points do you need to put into action starting right now?
Thank you so much for watching, caring and sharing!
