We explore how both partners influence one another’s experiences, reactions, and needs.
Rather than asking, “Who’s right?”, we ask, “What’s happening between us?”
This shift allows us to move from blame to curiosity — to see the communication loops that keep you stuck and learn how to change them together. In couples work, this often brings relief quickly, because partners begin to understand that the problem isn’t either of them — it’s the pattern between them.
