To join any of our groups, individuals are required to meet with the group leader for 1-3 individual online sessions first to make sure the client is a good fit for the group and is ready for group therapy.
While it is not a requirement to be in individual counseling while also in group therapy, it is strongly encouraged to have regular individual check-ins with the group leader to best facilitate your experience in group.
Groups are currently 60-75 minutes in length both in person and virtual and between $100-130/session. Sliding scale options are available.
